Blaise is a trainer specializing in team cohesion and workplace well-being, bringing together his dual expertise in professional training and bachata to support companies. He designs and delivers innovative bachata workshops conceived as powerful team-building tools that foster communication, trust, and cooperation. Through an experiential, playful, and inclusive teaching approach, his interventions fully align with Quality of Work Life (QWL) objectives and are tailored to the specific needs of each organization. Through Lux Bachata, he supports companies in strengthening engagement and collective performance through human experience and movement.

Within Lux Bachata, Alice designs and delivers bachata classes and workshops for companies, aligned with the goals of continuous professional development, team cohesion, and quality of work life. With over seven years of experience in bachata and a specialization in movement pedagogy, she turns dance into a powerful tool for developing human skills such as communication, active listening, and cooperation. Drawing on her expertise in group facilitation, communication, and project management, she delivers structured, inclusive interventions perfectly suited to multicultural and organizational corporate environments.
